The Drinkable Rivers team invites all of our fellow water champions and their friends and whānau to come together and celebrate World Rivers Day. Please join us for this opportunity to collaborate, share, and connect.
This is an informal pot-luck style event, so please bring some kai to share. If you are a member of a local water advocacy/appreciation group, please also bring along any marketing materials, pop-up banners or educational information to tell the community a bit more about what you’re working on.
You are also welcome to join us on the river from 12:30 for a paddle and a water-based cleanup effort after the pot-luck. If you'd like to join us, please be sure to bring your kayak, paddleboard, or canoe!
