Released last month by Ian Spilman of University of Canterbury, Milk and Water is HIGHLY recommended viewing for all Cantabrians and anyone who is passionate about the state of New Zealand's freshwater. A thoughtful and genuinely moving documentary which focuses on the relationship between agriculture and water quality in Canterbury, examines the "clean green" image of NZ, and provides challenging perspectives from major players on all sides of the discussion about our waterways
